Tips for bonding PVC display rack:

1. Docking: Place the two PVC boards to be docked horizontally on the operating platform, close them together and stick tape on the bottom, leaving a gap no larger than 0.3mm wide to prepare for coating with an adhesive. Use a syringe to inject the PVC board adhesive from one side evenly and slowly from the gap until it is fully filled, and remove the tape after it is fully cured.

2. Plane bonding: Plane bonding is a relatively special method. First, wipe the adhered surface clean and place it horizontally, and then apply the appropriate amount of pvcUV glue on it. Put one side of another PVC board diagonally on the PVC coated with adhesive, and then put it down slowly and evenly, squeeze out the bubbles from one side to complete the bonding

3. Bevel bonding: The bevel must be attached at a 90-degree angle to prevent displacement of the bonded surface. The PVC adhesive should be applied evenly and slowly, and the master can only be removed after it is fully cured.

4. Facade bonding: Facade bonding is the most widely used bonding technology, and is widely used in the production of various PVC products. First of all, the surface to be bonded should be wiped clean, and the pvc board with a thickness of less than 3mm can be used to directly and uniformly and slowly pvcUV glue is injected from one side with a syringe to complete the bonding.
